BEYONDSCARED (“we,” “us”) is a pre-launch streaming service for AI-generated horror content. This page explains what we collect during our waitlist phase and what we’ll collect once the service launches.

What we collect today

If you join the waitlist, we collect your email address, the date and time of signup, the page or title you joined from, and basic technical metadata (IP address, user agent) used only to prevent abuse.

How we use it

• To notify you when BEYONDSCARED launches and when titles you registered interest in become available.
• To send occasional updates about the platform. You can unsubscribe at any time.
• To enforce rate limits and prevent automated abuse.

Who we share it with

We do not sell your data. We use a small number of standard service providers (email delivery, hosting, analytics) under data processing agreements. We will publish a full sub-processor list before launch.

Your rights

You can request a copy of your data, correct it, or have it deleted at any time by emailing privacy@beyondscared.tv. Residents of California (CCPA/CPRA), the EU/UK (GDPR), and similar jurisdictions have additional rights under local law.

We’ll update this page as the product evolves. Material changes will be communicated by email to waitlist members.
